What are the service hours to request a special gate allowance (TCM) authorization?

Mondays through Saturdays until 12:00 a.m.

Where can I see terminal import and export expenses?
  • If you have a User Account, queries may be sent through our web www.montecon.com.uy
  • If you do not have a User Account, you may contact our CHATBOT (091890404) through option 1.1.1 (Imports) and option 2.1.2 (Exports)

What steps should I follow to have containers released from TCM due to cancelled exports?
  • Approval of the Owner.
  • Payment of all costs accrued up to the indicated release date. Such costs are informed by Customer Support css@montecon.com.uy.
When does the stacking window open?

After the stacking closes, how many hours do I have to access in late arrival?

You may access in late arrival once you’ve made your payment in Montecon online 24/t, and late access time limit is the ship’s cut off.

How can I bring forward the release date of an import?

You must send an e-mail to Customer Support css@montecon.com.uy, and indicate date of release and customs broker. Customs broker identification is needed to create the OT for the full container delivery. 
Hence the release date cannot be brought forward to the same day of such request.

What do I need for a reshipment on merchant’s account?

We need the following:

  • Authorization of the agency for reshipment
  • Reshipment approval of the Owner
  • Settlement of storage fees until loading date
  • Pay Terminal import costs up to the loading date
  • Reshipment Customs simplified message
