MONTECON ANNIVERSARY.

On Montecon's 17th anniversary, we join this struggle with the following message.

On Saturday 9 December, a new International Anti-Corruption Day will be celebrated, and the National Customs Directorate and the Uruguayan Customs Brokers Association consider that this date should be taken as a day for reflection. We also consider that in order to continue advancing in this field, we need to incorporate with greater commitment officials and private persons who, without being responsible, are harmed by these behaviors," asks a United Nations Declaration. People often think they are at the mercy of corruption and that it is just a 'way of life'. However, every society, every sector and every citizen would benefit from uniting against corruption in daily life. At Montecon, we adhere to the ethical principles that govern our activity and as a Qualified Economic Operator, we also take the opportunity to reflect on these issues. It is with the responsible conduct of all of us who are part of this organization, that we will be able to achieve a safer logistics chain, as well as better quality services, more reliable foreign trade, and ultimately the sustainability of the business.
