In May, the Safestart Program was launched in Montecon.

It is an advanced accident prevention program that helps people to avoid mistakes that they did not want to make in the first place. It is not about policies, procedures or specific risks in the workplace, it is about keeping those risks in mind and in sight. It makes people aware of dangerous situations and think about them. This training, which consists of several modules and practical stages, could be said to be a learning experience for the life of our workers, not only in their workplace, but in other areas where it is developed.
